One Family Athletics is committed to your child’s development in athletics, character development and work ethic. We believe that athletic enhancement and character development go hand in hand. Your child will participate in core life skills during the summer that they will carry with them for a lifetime. When your child trains with us during our summer program, they will be participating in exercises that include speed, agility, and endurance training. These disciplines will be demanding, they will test them and grow them mentally. All training is age appropriate and geared for their success.
Camp Description and Expectations
As a parent, you will select your training days and time slot for the summer. Your child will belong in one session throughout the duration of the program. Monday/Wednesday groups train together at specified times and Tuesday/Thursday groups train at their specified times. All groups come together on Fridays for a track training day. This will give your child 3 training sessions per week. Each child has 1 day off between training sessions for recovery. Each session is 60 minutes of high intensity training that include proper warm up and cool down.
Please note, there are no scheduled make-up sessions. If athletes happen to miss a session, they may contact their coach. It is a up to a coach’s discretion and approval whether or not an athlete can join a different session for missed time.
